My Story

In 2015, I began to feel an internal ache, unsure of its exact nature but certain of one thing: I was outgrowing my 25-year corporate career, a path that I had truly loved.  This ache evolved into a deep desire to find my purpose — to guide and support others in taking small, yet transformative steps toward creating more balance, joy and peace in their lives.

Over the next several years, I immersed myself in research, enrolled in courses, and committed to personal growth, striving to become the best version of myself, grounded in peace, authenticity, and love.

In 2021, my whole world started to crumble... Everything that once felt secure — my sense of safety, stability, and comfort — came crashing down. I suddenly found myself questioning who I was and where I belonged in the world. I had relied too heavily on external sources for my sense of security. It was in the face of adversity and grief that I learned a profound truth: when everything else falls away, the only way forward is to go deep within, reconnect with the essence of who you truly are, and rediscover the inner peace that has always been there.

Through the process of deep introspection and healing, my Soul Awakened to heartfelt truths. My journey — particularly through my certifications in Akashic Record Reader, Soul Center Healing Hypnosis®, and Spinal Flow Technique®, fuelled a passion to support and guide those who are eager to embark on their own transformative path of self-discovery.
